Terms of Service

By creating an account or using PAHomeLeads, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

PAHomeLeads is a subscription lead-generation platform that delivers homeowner project information to qualifying contractors in Pennsylvania.

You must be a licensed/insured contractor (where applicable) operating legally in Pennsylvania. You must be 18+ and provide accurate information.

Plans are billed monthly via Stripe. If a promo code applies a free trial, the subscription converts to a paid plan automatically at trial end unless cancelled before that date. No long-term contracts. Cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Leads are provided "as is". We use reasonable efforts to verify each lead. Lead fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Disputes about specific leads should be sent to support within 7 days of delivery.

No reselling leads, no spam, no harassment of homeowners, no illegal activity. We reserve the right to deactivate accounts that violate these terms.

All software, branding, and content on PAHomeLeads are owned by PAHomeLeads. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the service while subscribed.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 3 months.

You agree to indemnify PAHomeLeads against claims arising from your services to homeowners or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Disputes are resolved in courts located in Montgomery County, PA.

We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
