Contractor account info: name, business, trade, phone, email, county, password.
Billing info processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store card numbers.
Homeowner lead info: first name, location, project details, urgency, budget.
Usage data: log-ins, lead views, marked statuses, device/IP for security.

3. How We Use Information

Deliver leads matching your trade and service area.
Process subscriptions, manage billing, and provide support.
Send you SMS and email alerts about new leads.
Improve service quality and detect abuse.

4. Sharing

We share homeowner lead details only with the single contractor matched to that lead. We never sell lead data to multiple contractors. We share data with service providers (hosting, payments, email/SMS) under strict confidentiality.

5. SMS Consent

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive lead-alert text messages from PAHomeLeads. Standard message and data rates apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

6. Data Retention

We retain account data while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation for legal and accounting purposes. Lead data is retained for service-quality and dispute resolution.

7. Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and audit logging. No system is 100% secure; you use the service at your own risk.

8. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by emailing support@pahomeleads.com. We respond within 30 days.

9. Changes
